My Story

Robert Seale is a Houston photographer specializing in editorial, corporate, and advertising portraiture. He began his career as a photojournalist, working as a staff photographer at several major newspapers. He eventually landed at the Sporting News, a storied national sports magazine, where he spent 11 years shooting Super Bowls and World Series games as well as cover portraits as one of only three staffers at the magazine. His love of portrait work eventually led him to a Houston-based freelance career specializing in shooting people for magazines, prestigious design firms, corporations, and advertising agencies. He has won awards from The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, was a finalist for Life Magazine’s Eissie Award, and has been featured in the Best of ASMP.
